BIRKENHEAD MP Frank Field is to host a second public meeting on regeneration plans for the coastline between Rock Ferry and Eastham.
The Mersey Coastal Park Strategy is a £10m initiative to regenerate the 6.5km stretch of land, based around six projects to improve access.
Wirral Council is working with the Royal Mersey Yacht Club on one of the projects, which would see the creation of a 100-berth marina, giving 24-hour access to the Mersey.
The others are Rock Park, Shorefields Community Park, Bromborough landfill site, Wirral International Business Park and Eastham Country Park.
The meeting takes place on Friday (February 12) between 7 and 9pm at St Peter’s Church, Rock Ferry.
Wirral South MP Ben Chapman chaired the first public meeting on the plans last month.
