A 10-YEAR–old boy is pleading for help in tracking down his stolen Christmas present.
Michael Taylor was given a midi motorbike by his mum for Christmas and as it was so expensive he didn’t have any other presents.
Michael had been playing on his bike on fields at the back of his Rock Ferry home on Sunday, December 27, when he left it outside the back door.
His mum Eunice, of Woodward Road, said: “He has been playing on it in the fields and it was covered in mud.
“He got a bucket, soap and water and washed it down before leaving it to dry outside the back door.
“He was so careful with it and clearly loved it. His face lit up when he saw it on Christmas Day.
“All he has now is the helmet. He had only left it outside for 10 minutes to let it dry before bringing it back into the house.
“The back door was even left open so they had a lot of nerve.
“Michael is devastated. I am too.
