WIRRAL is to hold its first tweet-up next week ... and it’s all in the name of charity.
A tweet-up is a gathering of people who use Twitter, the social online networking site which is growing in popularity.
Cromwells Restaurant in Irby, is to host the first tweet-up next Monday, December 7, from 5.30pm, when up to 35 “twitterers” will meet; some for the first time, despite conversing across the ether for several months!
The event is fully-booked, but Cromwells – who are providing a free buffet – and fellow organisers Koogar, are now looking for donations for a raffle.
