Park High School wins Specialist Sports College of The Year award

A WIRRAL school’s community links have earned it a national award.
Park High School in Birkenhead has been named Specialist Sports College of The Year by The Daily Telegraph after impressing judges.
Handing over the title, Gareth Davies, the paper’s sports editor, said the school “has become a huge resource for the community”.
Measures to involve the community include a family night every Thursday where pupils and parents do activities ranging from trampolining to boxercise.
