Bulgarians pay a visit to Wirralians

WIRRAL has welcomed a group of Bulgarians on a fact-finding mission.
A group of 15 officials from town halls across the country are visiting to see how Wirral invested its European Union “Objective One” funding over the past 15 years.
The group also looked at plans for the £4.5 billion Wirral Waters project.
