Merseyside Landlords group is formally launched

THE Merseyside and Wirral Property Landlord Action Group was formally launched in New Brighton on Thursday, August 6.
Those elected to the committee include Ralf Thomas chairman, Richard Globe, secretary,ŠLorraine Smith minutes secretary, Pat Van der Veer, landlady representative and Mark Duffy, residential letting agents representative.
One of the key issues the group is looking at is Government proposals to bring in mandatory licensing for landlords and landladies.
The committee still needs a landlord representative.
