THERE’S still time to show Birkenhead you’ve got talent!
Town centre nightclub Slices is continuing its search for the best Birkenhead has to offer – and the competition is hotting up.
The competition is back by popular demand after drawing bumper audiences in 2007 and 2008.
Previous years have seen guest appearances from X Factor favourites Eton Road and Chico – and organisers are promising more big names for 2009.
Birkenhead’s Got Talent is open to all types of act – whether you’ve got a voice to rival Beyoncé or moves to make Justin Timberlake jealous.
The competition takes place every Wednesday night at 10pm.
Wendy Williams from Slices said: “The last two years have been fantastically successful.
“We’re just looking for any new talent that’s around Birkenhead. All you have to do is come along and sing two songs.
“Anyone who’s applied before is welcome to come back and it might be your turn this year!”
To get involved come along on the night or call the club on 650 1260.
If you can’t make it to the competition, the names of the winners can be found in the Wirral News the week after each heat.
