Wirral NHS Stop Smoking Team visit Birkenhead Market for No Smoking Day
NHS Wirral’s Stop Smoking team will be staffing a special stall at Birkenhead Market next month to coincide with national No Smoking Day on March 11.
The team will be at the market for five days from Monday, March 9.
Advice and information for all smokers will be available as well as healthy eating, displays and advice on getting in shape.
The team wants to hear from successful quitters and there will be a “quitters’ book” to sign, with space to record top tips for successfully stopping smoking.
