Prenton High School for Girls pupils take part in ‘Wear it Pink Day’ to raise money for Breast Cancer Campaign

STUDENTS from Prenton High School for Girls have been raising money as part of Breast Cancer Campaign’s Wear it Pink Day.

Organised by teacher Heather Reynolds, every student and member of staff wore something pink.

This year was particularly poignant for the school following the death in the summer of student Bethany Bush, who had been suffering from cancer.

Students also ran a tuck shop at lunchtime selling pink sweets and pupil Sarah Mansell created her own newspaper for new students, raising £30 for Claire House.
