Find out if you have what it takes to be a town councillor for Neston

NESTON’S new town council is on the look out for committed, enthusiastic people interested in becoming councillors.

A special briefing is being held at the United Reformed Church Hall, Neston, on Thursday, November 13 starting at 7pm, for anyone who would like to find out more about what’s involved.

Chalky White, of Cheshire Association of Local Councils, said: “The town council is going to play a crucial role in decision making for the Neston area especially in light of the new Cheshire West and Chester Council being established next year.

“We’re looking for local people from a variety of backgrounds who would like to represent their communities on the council.”
