King’s Gap Court Hotel, Hoylake plans on show to public at open day

AS A prelude to a planning application for King’s Gap Court Hotel, Hoylake, an open day will be held on August 7 to show plans to the public.

There will be three sessions from 8-10am, noon-2pm and 5.30-7.30 pm. Anyone can attend.

Representatives of the hotel will be on hand throughout to explain the plans and answer any questions, and the architects will attend the evening session.

The original house will be the centerpiece of a new development comprising a 66 boutique hotel rooms.

The project is expected to cost £7m and work will start in January 2009, subject to planning permission.

A planning application will be submitted in early August.
