MANAGER Ronnie Moore has ruled target man Mama Sidibe out of his selection plans for Tranmere’s League One encounter with Oldham Athletic at Prenton Park tomorrow.
Moore says Sidibe, a 33-year-old striker on loan from Stoke City, will be out of action for two weeks with a hamstring injury.
Tranmere will also be without midfielders Andy Robinson (hamstring) and Adam McGurk (collapsed lung) for another three weeks as they attempt to put their promotion challenge back on track.
Moore said: “We’re a little bit short but it’s an opportunity for other players. Every team has had their injuries.”
Tranmere are waiting on news from Middlesbrough about Ben Gibson returning for a second loan spell.
