FORMER Tranmere midfielder Alan Morgan started work this week as the new manager of Llandudno Town.
Morgan, who previously managed Aberystwyth Town and worked as an assistant at Bangor City, continues his association with Rovers by coaching youngsters in the Prenton Park Academy.
Llandudno chairman Clive Rushton said: “From a strong list of candidates Alan proved to us to be the perfect fit, both in terms of the way he wants the game played, his contacts within the game along with his experience of managing within the Welsh Premier League.
His coaching credentials are superb and he’s one of the few managers around with the UEFA Pro Licence.”
Morgan said: “I am delighted to join Llandudno FC with the same aspirations as myself. I will be looking for professionalism and a lot of hard work and together we will achieve Welsh Premier football.”
