TRANMERE manager Les Parry will be hoping at least some of the players on the lengthy Prenton Park casualty list will be back in selection contention for the League One encounter with Huddersfield Town this weekend.
Front man Adam McGurk could find himself involved as he shakes off a hamstring strain that kept him out of last Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at Bournemouth.
Parry is thin on attacking options with Enoch Showunmi sidelined for a month with a leg injury and Mustafa Tiryaki attracting the interest of Turkish club Trabzonspor.
Rovers have not given up hope of signing a striker on loan before the close of the January transfer window after recruiting young midfielders James Wallace (from Everton) and Lateef Elford Alliyu (from West Bromwich Albion) last week.
