New chef at Hotel California

THE Hotel California welcomed a new chef, Daz Miller, this week.

The Birkenhead venue is launching its “Sgt. Peppers’” kitchen this weekend, with a 2-for-1 offer on Sunday roasts.

Service starts from 12noon.

A curry night is also starting on Monday (April 28) with curry and a pint for £6.50.
