DRAMA MYSTERY

Disposing of the Body will be performed by Bebington Dramatic Society at the Gladstone Theatre, Port Sunlight, from today (Wednesday) to Saturday, November 24, at 7.30pm. All tickets are £7 from 643 8757.

THE CARLTON

Players are presenting Bram Stoker’s Dracula at the Little Theatre, Birkenhead, from Tuesday, November 27 to Saturday, December 1. Performances start at 7.30pm. Tickets are £5 on Tuesday and £7 for all other days. Call 647 6593.

ROCK FERRY

Operatic Society is performing a pantomime version of Humpty Dumpty on Friday, November 30 (7.30pm) and Saturday, December 1 (2.30 and 7.30). The show will be staged at St Anne's Function Suite, Highfield Road, Rock Ferry. Tickets are £5 for adults, £3 for children and £12 for a family ticket. Call 208 9300/200 1045 or buy at the door.

THE ST PETER’S

Singers, conducted by Adrian Griffiths, will present Handel’s Messiah in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Heswall, on Saturday, December 1. The performance starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are £10 from Lingham’s, Telegraph Road, Heswall or the Lower Village Pharmacy, Lower Heswall.

THE CHESTER MALE

Voice Choir is presenting a Christmas concert at Heswall Hall, Telegraph Road, Heswall, on Saturday, December 1, at 7.30pm. The pupils of Heswall Primary will be special guests. Tickets are £7 for adults or £5 for 5 to 16 year-olds from Linghams in Heswall or call 01244 349931. Admission is free for under 5s.

FESTIVE SHOWS

THE WESTBOURNE

Singers will present a Christmas concert in West Kirby on Saturday, December 8. The performance will start at 7.30pm at the Methodist Church, on Westbourne Road. Tickets are £6 (including refreshments), available at the door. Admission is free for children. Proceeds will go to the Foresters’ Horn Group of the Riding for the Disabled Association.

THE PORT SUNLIGHT

Players’ Christmas show for 2012 is pantomime King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table at the Gladstone Theatre, Port Sunlight. Performances start at 7.30pm on December 7, 8, and 14 and 2.30pm on December 8, 9 and 15. Adult tickets are £8/concs £7/family ticket £25. Call 643 8757.
