Bebington Dramatic Society performing mystery drama Disposing of the Body at the Gladstone Theatre this week

BEBINGTON Dramatic Society will present mystery drama Disposing Of The Body at the Gladstone Theatre in Port Sunlight this week.

The play follows Henry Preece, who embarks on early retirement in the Cotswolds with his wife Angela.

Life start to fade into a summery drowsy twilight – until the excitement of an unexpected passion.

But Angela’s disappearance leads to the unravelling of Henry’s world – and of those around him.

Writer Hugh Whitemore was behind West End hits Pack Of Lies and Breaking The Code.

Disposing Of The Body will be performed from today (Wednesday, November 21) to Saturday, November 24 at 7.30pm. Tickets are £7 from the box office on 643 8757 or from Port Sunlight Village Museum shop and Lingham’s Bookshop, Heswall.

Bebington Dramatic Society’s next production will be Howard Brenton’s play Anne Boleyn, which is being staged from February 27 to March 2, 2013. It will be the Merseyside premiere of the play, which was performed at Shakespeare’s Globe theatre in 2010 and 2011.
