This summer My Generation Rock has raised £1,000 for the charity Tender Heart.

ROCK FERRY
Operatic Society is celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2012 with a production of much-loved musical, The Sounds of Music, at the Gladstone Theatre from March 18 to 24. Auditions will take place on Sunday, November 6, for minor principals at Prenton Methodist Church and on Sunday, November 20, for the Von Trapp children and Rolf Gruber at Hamilton Memorial URC, Upton Road, Claughton Village. The society is also offering practice sessions during normal Thursday evening rehearsals at Prenton Methodist Church on October 27 and November 3 (adults) and November 17 (children).
