West Kirby Light Opera Society holding auditions for summer production of Once Upon A Time at the Adelphi

A PRODUCTION of smash-hit musical Once Upon A Time at the Adelphi will be the centrepiece of West Kirby Light Opera Society’s diamond jubilee year.

The musical was a sell-out on its premiere run at the Liverpool Playhouse in 2008.

Writer Phil Wilmott has agreed to allow WKLOS to stage the show at the Floral Pavilion in May next year and, in a major coup for the society, will act as Executive Director for the production.

Open auditions for the two leading roles are taking place on Monday, December 14.

Thompson is male, aged 20+ and must have a tenor singing voice.

Young Alice, also aged 20+, must be a soprano/alto.

Anyone wishing to audition must be able to sing, act and dance.
