Jack Rabbit Slims in Hoylake holding a night of burlesque performance and rock ‘n’ roll

JACK Rabbit Slims in Hoylake is aiming to recapture the glamour of a by-gone age.

For one night only on Thursday, November 26, Jacks will become “The Cherry Lounge” for an evening of music, burlesque and 1950s-inspired glamour.

Expect jive dancing, show-stopping tassel twirling, spellbinding performances and plenty of good old-fashioned rock ‘n’ roll.

The event will be hosted by the glamorous Lilly Von Pink and Betty Bee.

Jack Rabbit Slims owner Adam Coburn said: “Described as the future of rock and roll, the house band will be Furious – the coolest three-piece on the planet.

“The burlesque acts are the creme de la creme of high tease including Amelie Soleil, who is fresh from wowing audiences in Milan, New York, Denmark and San Francisco and Meg La Mania, the most talented, original and talked-about newcomer this year.
