Hippys on the Hill performing at young musicians showcase at Pacific Road Arts Centre in Birkenhead

PACIFIC Road Arts Centre in Birkenhead is hosting young musicians showcase Live ‘n’ Loud on Monday, June 29 from 7–9.30pm.

The event has been organised by Wirral Youth Theatre and Youth Arts (WYT), which has run the Sound Steps Music Project for four years.

The night will include performances from the Sound Steps Collective, new bands and solo artists. There will also be special guest appearances from The Dead Teddies and Wallasey band Hippys on the Hill.

There will also be a chance to find out about the music projects on offer at WYT, including the Voltage Music Volunteers, a training programme for 16 to 25 year-olds.

Tickets are £2.50, available on the door. Admission is £1 for anyone who prints out the Live ‘n’ Loud advert from www.pacificroad.co.uk and shows it at the door.
