ABSTRACT theatre piece “Suds and Sirens” will be performed at the Gladstone Theatre in Port Sunlight on Monday (June 22).
The performance is part of Port Sunlight Museum & Garden Village’s Port Sunight at War project, which aims to create an oral history of memories from Second World War veterans from the area.
The Lady Lever Art Gallery is a partner in the project.
Learning officer Clarinda Fidler has also been working with local schools – in one case 150 children interviewed a panel of three war veterans, asking them about their experiences of war and evacuation.
Suds and Sirens will be performed in the Gladstone at 2.30pm.
Tickets are available free of charge from Port Sunlight Museum.
