Michael takes to stage

BIRKENHEAD’S Got Talent is welcoming Britain’s Got Talent star Michael Machell tonight (Wednesday, February 18).

The Wallasey man won through to the semi-finals of the TV talent show last year with his keyboard arrangement of the theme from Star Wars.

Michael is currently working on his latest composition – his own arrangement of The Final Countdown.

Michael recently topped the bill at Liverpool’s Homegrown Festival and has made appearances at talent competitions in Scarborough and Leamington Spa.

Birkenhead’s Got Talent is at Slices nightclub on Conway Street, starting at 10pm.
