WALLASEY Arts Council’s next event is a Viennese night
featuring the Wirral Viennese Players. The event takes place at St Hilary’s Church, Claremount Road, Wallasey on Saturday, October 4, starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are £5, available from Usher Travel in Liscard or on the door.
THE world’s leading U2 tribute band, ZU2
will bring the spirit of the legendary rock group to the Pacific Road Art Centre this Thursday, September 25. The band are set to dazzle fans with their amazing visuals, as they perform U2 classics from across the decades. THE Parade Jazz Band will welcome two special guests on September 30.
Yorkshiremen Tony Smith, who plays trumpet, and Frank Booker (clarinet and tenor saxophone) will be playing with the band upstairs at the Boathouse, Parkgate. Admission is £5. The band plays every Tuesday at 8.30pm.
