HERE'S a spicy favourite for all the family.
500g skinless chicken breasts cut into 2cm pieces
2 tablespoons tandoori curry powder
squeeze of lemon juice
150g pot natural yoghurt
Rice, griddled pittas, salad & Tzatziki
- Preheat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, gas mark 7.
- Place the chicken in a bowl along with the curry powder & lemon juice, mix to coat evenly. Then add the yoghurt.
- Lightly grease a baking tray & place the chicken onto the tray, cook for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with rice or in pitta with fresh crisp salad & Tzatziki
The chicken in this recipe would also be delicious barbequed.
